**Return Policy**
Donn Delson takes great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of his limited-edition, fine art photography. Each framed artwork is meticulously produced, numbered, carefully packed, insured, and shipped to ensure it meets his high standards of excellence. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy for store credit under the following terms
1. **Eligibility for Returns**
Returns are accepted only within 5 days of receipt of the artwork. Items must be return-shipped within 48 hours of label receipt.
A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Returned artwork must be undamaged and accompanied by all original packaging and documentation.
Returns are accepted only for domestic orders. International orders and orders from Hawaii are not eligible for return.
2. **Return Process**
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@donndelson.com within 48 hours of label receipt. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to properly pack and ship the artwork back to us.
3. **Shipping Costs**
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any necessary insurance to cover the full value of the artwork.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. **Inspection and Credit Issuance**
Upon receipt of the returned artwork, our team will inspect it to ensure it is undamaged. If the artwork passes inspection, we will issue a store credit for the full purchase price of the artwork, minus any original shipping fees.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the inspection and credit issuance process.
5. **Non-Returnable Items**
Custom or commissioned pieces are not eligible for return. International orders and orders from Hawaii are not eligible for return.
Artwork damaged or altered in any way after receipt will not be accepted for return.
